I know a lvl 10 meta mage whom gets 200+ e bolts on on undead with a silver book. It is extremely un-fair as of now. And what is the point of having a slayer spellbook if it is not going to be advantageous for a PvE meta mage? It spits on our faces and says that we wasted time and gold on...

But then it would take forever to level, 10% chance means 1 cast out of 10 casts of 8th circle spell will only gain you 1 point of experience. It should go 60% till level 6 then increase 10% for each level afterwards.

8th circle fizzle all the time and having 60% chance to relic work is too much trouble. I fizzled twice and summoned 4 normal ones in a row (it means two full meditation rotations...). Is there anything to do about that as well?

Well, i was legendary scribe both before the change and after the change. So I do not think it is related to power scrolls but it might be related to up coming changes, rumored as slayer spellbooks...

It was 8 scrolls before and now out of blue, it is 16? Why did this happen? I have also noticed that chance to inscribe 8th circle spell has gone up from 90% to 100% with legendary inscription. Is there any information regarding this change out there in the web?
