No, a keep is the largest plot that can be placed here.. the guardzone line blocks a 24x24 custom by 1 tile.. so its a keep or 18x18 at best.

the price of a max is based on a few factors not just demand.. location, spawn, blockage and loot from the fallen property.. if the idocer is happy with the loot obtained they tend to feel more generous and need less for the plot.. take away those gains and the idocer is gunna need to charge...

Less loot means less gold for the IDOCer and since thats how they make there gold there is no choice but to increase plot prices, its already happened.. max storage 18x18 used to be about 1.5m-2.5m, most sell now for no less than 3m-5m maybe more depending on location..

next to no loot stays at the IDOC, most goes to Champ spawns and decays because nobody ever checks corpses at Champs they just want PS's lol.. the loot is what helped keep housing prices down, since i can't get any decent loot to sell i have no choice but to increase the cost of max storage...
