The chief complaint that i got about slayer books was that they were crazy op with a talisman and that it wasnt fair to everyone else who had no way of getting them. Now you are saying that slayer books dont do any more damage than a regular book. I am confused to say the least.

I guess another option would be to add drops that could add charges.

I wouldn't say that they are unlimited. I could lower the uses and require a 120 scribe to repair them at a scribe shop but that seems worse to me.

Making them rechargeable would hurt the market for new ones now wouldn't it.

They should be stealable. They are set to normal looting rights unless there is an override in the steal code.

The amount of increase however may not be worth considering.

More dex affects swing speed. Why would we cap it? Otherwise quicksilver wouldn't work.

Bods are ruined. I will not invest my time into them unless they are wiped and an account wide limit is added.
