WTS Yew villa near vendor houses/moongate

Hello, I want to sell my Villa. It is short distance north from the moongate. Lots of vendors near by and gates bringing people near from the other vendor houses. No blockage/spawn and a wandering healer is right behind the house.

In the process of cleaning and selling one of my house. After that i will be i the market to buy something nice. Maybe even up to a tower. But i am super picky but this plot is nice for my vendor spot so ill be in touch. If u get an offer tho sell it bud. Might take me time to get everything straigtened
