I am selling a 7x7 marble workshop vendor house in the yew section. Not far from bank not far from moon gate. THE selling point is that it right above Santa clause. As I am sure most of you know , an incredibly talented man or woman made a perfect Santa clause House out of different material's. My vendor house and the Santa house are in the same screen. I have made BOAT loads of cash off vendors on this house because of its location. The problem is I have to upgrade my regular home as I am running out of storage. The amount of money I make off of this storage house makes me reluctant to get rid of this house. So my price is a bit on the high end. That being said you will double the price paid in a month. It is a bid opening at 1.2mil. Or that can be lowered if you have a max storage, we can work a deal in which will is 100% negotiable if you have a max storage.
