A lot of people already have runes here. It was a very popular shop! If your ever looking to have a nice location, run a personal shop selling your own goods, this would be the place. Good location, lots of surrounding gaters. Once some vendors are placed their names wold show up on the screen, anyone who gates in and looks around will be drawn to this area. I am sure the owner quit because I watched the house drop and got the contents. Even before that everything that was on the vendors sold. I know because this was a routine stop of mine. If this bid goes past 500k I will add it to our directory where it will be a routine stop for many if you decide to place vendors.
