Third house off the Moongate. Very well known location. 74, 42N. 41, 20W. Just come out the gate, head left 3 houses. Currently has runebooks on the front steps not included, and 4 vendors in faction robes. Looking for Gold and Dono. Not really looking to trade but I am looking for a cellar deed, and some cool rares also.
