WTF do I do with this partially reconstructed hammer

So i have this partially reconstructed legendary hammer, where do i go from here? Any help would would be great

Nothing at the moment. You need to add a couple more hammer shards to it and it'll make the full legendary hammer

I'm pretty sure the partially constructed one is atleast 8 shards, but yeah the exact number tied to it would be nice
