Start with NPC paid skill-up from the Theif Guildmistress in Bucs Den (West part of town straight up from the moongate).
I started a LPer this morning and am at 84.3 real skill. Macro hidden in a dungeon. If you dont have hide, hide in your house or near a house where you can hide with 0 skill, then gate your character into the dungeon spot. Double click the gate instead of walking into it. Then you can macro on without being seen and get that dungeon skill bonus.
