If you have 100 eval int/anat is there a point in getting wrestling? Do they stack?

I believe you get defensive wrestling. Not exactly sure what that means though

Defensive wrestling is suppose to help spells not get disrupted only from what I understand.

They do the same essentially except wrestling actually does damage back.

They both help mages "dodge" melee damage.

Stun punch - anatomy + wrestling
Disarm - wrestling + arms lore
