Will a house be destroyed for going under 1200 skill points?

Just a question before I get into the housing market on UOF. Let's say I have the 1,200 skill points required to own a home on UOF and buy or place a home. If later on I delete a character (non-house owning) on my account, thus putting me under the 1,200 requirement, will my house be demolished? Is this requirement just to initially receive a house?

so they are requirements to place, there is no skill check after the fact you put a house down. your good to go
