Why is no one from $ guild on staff?

The biggest guilds are represented on staff. Both eqms and werkt, respectively, have core members as part of the staff here on uof. Why isn't @Bobby123 or one of his minions a part of this elite squad? I think his insight, storytimes, and colorful lettering would be a breath of fresh air to the group. I bet he even uses scented paper for his resume.

Anyone else think it's time Bobby should take his rightful place on uof staff?
