Why did my lockpicking skill decrease?

It was 95, and then after a few days it dropped to 94.3? It wasn't caused by a revert because I know for a fact it was 95 for several days!

My skill set wasn't even maxed and LP was pointed up.

Is this some kind of annoying bug? Or does it just naturally decrease or something?

My real decreased.I know this for a fact because I was picking lvl 5 chests T-Chests for several days (95 skill required) then all of a sudden couldnt because my skill decreased. Something is bugged

I honestly can't think of a single reason for this, and am really curious what the solution is. Unfortunately though, I can't imagine this getting resolved by any other means that simply grinding it back up.

I did get it back up.... but shouldnt have happened in the first place really

Generally things seem to be glitchly lately... keep getting disconnected and then cant reconnect for a while - server reverts.....
