Where did the runebook dye tub go?

Don't confuse the RUNE DYE TUB with the RUNEBOOK DYE TUB. The book dye tub was removed in the last donation vendor switch.

Also, just in case you are not aware......the donation vendors switch it up every so often. Just because something was removed doesn't mean it's gone forever.....will prob be back in the future sometime on the donation vendor
