When Were Musicianship Powerscrolls Removed?

Past patch notes mention the effects of legendary musicianship, and I've scoured the forum to find a release stating that musicianship power scrolls were removed. I can't find anything.

Were musicianship power scrolls removed? If so, when? Why?

That's... strange. One of the patch updates explains the effectiveness of 105-120 musicianship.

Ah yeah, those notes were from Beta so Music powerscrolls never made it to the actual server
