What is gargoyle Galleon?

If used, it will add the ship recipe to the crafting menu of that character (I believe its the carpentry crafting menu). That crafter will then be able to craft a Gargoyle Galleon ship if they meet the skill and resource requirements (which are quite high).I got gargoyle galleon recipe scroll .
Is this make ship recipe? or just parts of ship recipe?
