What happend with the change in the PK System?

I am wonderingwhat happend to the announced changes (Perma Stat, bounty hunters....) you announced changes and nothing happend. I stoped playing to wait until the changes are active and now after almost 3 month i come back and see nothing happend.

Many players are still quitting, because of the pk problem.

they realized it was a dumb idea and lost more players because of the change than before.

+ what we have now is harsher than the proposed changes. so deal with it.

LoL come on guys, after THAT big discussion at least any form of anouncement would be adequate. The server talked abput nothing else for many weeks, than u presented a project and then nothing happend and nobody talk anylongr about it. If u plan that everything should stay like it is than please announce it at least after all.
