What can i Steal from monsters?

can you tell me what can i steal from monsters?
I've stolen: money, food, body parts, reagents, zoogi fungus (i dont know how use it!)....anything else???? I've read people have stolen skill scrolls.....is it correct? Can i steal skill scroll or weapons?

ok thank you.
Another question please....i ve stolen 5-6 times from the same dragon (money money money ....) at the 7th time i didnt steal anything (no message like "it's too heavy" or "you cant steal that..."...simply i didnt steal anything); this means that i cant steal anymore from that?
