I'd say yes a +15 will get you over a 90% chance for plate tunics.

I would say +60, but thats a guess based off of http://uo.stratics.com/content/skills/blacksmithing.php which isn't exact for UOF.

Yeah I thought about using the calculator but some of that stuff is not accurate at all for UOF.

Incidentally I am halfway to a +30 if you need any of my deeds to find out how far that takes you.

I doubt there are many ASHs over 15 floating around. I only know of 2 +60's and no +30's.

I think there are more val hammer LBODs out there than there are +60's lol

With I think a +15 I had a legendary Smith make me all exceptional dragon scale pieces. If it wasn't 100% it was close IIRC. That was with around 450 red and 300 white scales

Yeah I had multiple suits made. All exceptional pieces

I have a +30. Only thing that is 100% excep chance is legs (97.4%) and breastplate (85%). I'm sure this would go up slightly at brit crafting.
