Single full water tile? Dropped from a mob. Haven't seen one for sale

Also.. runes. what are the glowing runes worth? Does it depend on which rune? Thanks

not sure on the water tile, if i had to guess, maybbe 200-250k?

as far as glowing runes go, i generally see em up for 999
