War Drum for Bards

How about a War Drum (harp/lute/shaky thing)? A type of instrument that bards can play to increase the tactics of nearby party members by xx% for 10 seconds. (xx is based on musicianship, provocation, and peacemaking because it takes the right mix of convincing somebody to kill something and to be cool) It will increase the versatility of a bard template for those players who want the full bard experience.

If you were taking down hordes of ratmen, you would fight harder with some dude beside you playing a motivating tune on a harp.

i just readed this now..

maybe this could increase a lot 115 and 120 provocation .. i mean right now not so many things to have 115\120 provo

if with this and this kind of instrument you say..

you can:

slowly Heal your party\area
slowly froze your little\low strng mob\area
bless\increase damage of your party for few secs\area


this will be absolutely NO broken..and nice to used for the bard..and for the party!
