Walked into a house and fell off the steps, can't get out.

Was carelessly walking south of the despise cave and ended up falling off some very dangerous stone steps, and now im stuck.
do i need to kill myself or is there an unstick button, i just want to climb over the 4ft wall

If you're in player house just left click youself and choose the leave house option. You will be teleported to the front door. I actually use it all the time in my own houses to leave the building.

also theres a setting which makes you need to hold shift, and then click yourself. (for all context menus tbh)

so either click yourself, or hold shift and then click yourself, and then select 'leave house'
