it seems this would be a good idea, if im not mistaken the Barracoon the Piper champion spawn is the only spawn that is missing a slayer, the rest have some sort of slayer.

Repond works on ratmen. I one shot regular ratmen with just a regular exceptional Repond bow all the time.

Repond works for minotaur and Lummox RDA - Silver works for the Locke Cole spawn (not tentacles). It seems that most custom mobs do are not vunerable to slayers - an example being the shadow daemons/barons in deciet lvl 5.

also i dont think dragon slayer works with white drakes in ice dungeon
