As everyone knows, this is an incredibly high traffic area. It's great for moving high end items quickly, at prices you'll be satisfied with!
You can even see the vendor house and Yew bank in the same screen!
There's a library up the stairs as seen in the second screen shot, so if you feel the need to travel somewhere, you don't have to go far.
