Update a returning player?

I haven't played on UOF in like 5-6 months... I log in weekly to open my houses door..
can someone fill me in on the hot farming spots? Seems like no one is in the old dungeons anymore?
And what are these "runes" you can loot?
I'm so lost...

OK so we need a thread on all of the conquests and what you have to do in each. For example I ran around the entire city of moonglow trying to discover it and then...nothing happened. So we need a conquest guide.
