Uosteam won't resize my game window on my main

It works on all my other chars, 1 profile on them, but my main has the small default game window size. Have tried testing alts and theirs are rebooted to no avail.. anyone know a fix?

You have the in client menu resolution setting on a lower resolution? Steam wont resize the game window if it isnt set to the highest setting.

Unfortunately this doesn't help. My game window does not change. I have set 1280x720 ingame and 1280x1080 in UOS and it doesn't change a thing... any other suggestions ?
