Yes, only even more customizable. (you can name each organizer, and I'm pretty sure you can make more than razor)

What I don't like about UOS organisers is, UOS doesn't TOP off to a certain number.. it just adds the number you put in, and if you tell it to put ALL your items from multiple locations into 1 location... UOS makes you pick 1 source bag.

I *think* I know what you mean, but I simply don't remember how razors restocking agents worked.
I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to do, but you could write a macro that incorporates multiple restock agents in it, that are pre set to fill from-and-to the right bags. If you want to pm me exactly what you're trying to setup, I may be able to remedy your problem.
