UOF Launcher and Sallos issues

Hi,

I'm having a hard time getting Sallos to work. When I get to the login interface, I log in and then lose connection. Sometimes it shows as the "connection lost" gump in game, and sometimes a system error comes up saying "UOPlayer has encountered an error and must close". I installed Sallos from this post: http://www.uoforum.com/threads/sallos.45020/

When UOF Launcher runs, the window is off the edge of my screen so I can not access the x and maximize buttons. as if it was dragged up and to the left and now the drag bar is not accessible. This happens when I run as administrator as well. Ultimately I only want UOF Launcher to get Sallos working, but I can't figure out how to use UOF Launcher to reinstall Sallos.

Anyone have any tips on where to go from here?

I would suggest a fresh install, making sure to delete any remnant files in the main C:\Program Files(x86)\Electronic Arts\ directory.

Then run through a fresh UOF Launcher install and run all the updates. Make sure the game works with Razor first:
