UOAM problem

is it normal for UOAM to not update the position when on boat unless u turn left or right? i can be going forward for ages and the map only updates once i turn left or right, gets annoying guessing if im close after a while of sailing

it is with razor yea its to do with the smooth sailing fix.

you can fix a hotkey to "resync with server" and press that every now and then or add it into any fishing macros Or use UOsteam it doesnt have the problem.

it can also be a pain in ass when looting from a ship deck but resync fixes it all

UOAM uses razor? i use the re-sync for my fishing macros, i really get annoyed when i enter all my mibs into UOAM, then go around fishing them up, the map doesnt update when sailing around untill u turn

no uoam doesnt use razor but razor rysncs your client with the server and that in-turn tells uoam you have moved.

As i said UOsteam doesnt have this problem but yea it is anoying. it has been like it since they fixed the jerkiness of boats sailing

Yup, having to resync is super annoying. Mibs arn't worth imo. Just did one for a whopping 1.8k and it was such a hassle. Also, with the new boat combat changes you have to dry dock the boat and you have to wait for the water ele corpse to disappear before you can even do that. I'll stick to t-maps
