*Edit* Of course as soon as I decide to ask for help I finally find the solution.
*Additional edit for anyone other newbies that run into this*
I figured out there was a setting toggle in UOSteam under Options-->Combat--> "Check hands before potions" that fixed my issue. Since the server doesn't allow preset auto-disarm pot features in UO assistants, if that is turned on and your hands are full it goes into an infinite loop trying to drink a potion to the point that you can't move your character. It still let me disarm by hitting my disarm key to get out of the loop but I couldn't walk or grab anything with my cursor.
I would still greatly appreciate it if anyone with UOSteam bindkeys and macro setups for a Provo-archer, mage, and/or dexxer would you be willing to just let me copy your bindkey files? I know for most people they are pretty user specific but I deal with stuff like this at work all the time and I usually prefer starting off with a full set of bindkeys to remap as needed rather then build them all from scratch.
