Unable to install from launcher

I've just installed win10 and i unable to install from launcher. Run in compability mode win7, winXP and nothing, i click install Uo and nothing happens, also create a folder for it as usual.
Trying to download the client from OSI and run the launcher on top of it, but if you guys has a better solution im up for it.

Manage to install from EA and runned the launcher on top of it and it worked like a charm.
Only issue is that it keeps saying the game must be updated but it keep downloading the same files
