They are pulled from whirlpools. I think the drop rate is pretty low, I've seen a lot of whirlpools done and only pulled up one myself.


Actually I think mine is labeled differently but looks the same. Mine says sunken treasure chest if I remember correctly.

I do believe Chimes here is the craftable one. Different title from the sunken chest.

Here is a pic of mine, I guess they are a bit different. Mine has like silver colored stuff and his has gold piles. Cool chest.
