Tougher gorillas and possible Giant gorilla tamable?

I could be alone on this one, but why are gorillas so weak? Maybe make them stronger and give them(some) monster properties.

I'd love to see a mighty joe young(giant gorilla) tamable. Aren't we all getting tired of seeing dragons everywhere?

Plus the possibility for extreme racism are endless with this.
But more variety than dragons would be nice.
