Tinkering: Iron/Wood Types

I know I talked to @eppy about this at some point.
When crafting with one of the various types of resources to add on extra charges per item per type.
Example:
Iron - 50 - 100 charges
Dull Copper - +15 - 25 charges (over the original exceptional)

I think you got the gist of it.

I'd love to make more durable tools, which I can consume at an alarming rate (shovels). But wouldn't that be an invitation to scam people? Selling valorite hammer with 10 charges!

Looking at the item shows usage/durability. Knowing that let's say your hammer is 250 or so charges you'd know it's valorite. Given the new ranges. Also only idiots would buy a Valorite hammer without it being an actual named runic. But sadly there will be those that fall for it.
With the example above you'd know it's either dull copper or at least exceptional with the numbers. Normal exceptional iron having a max durability but if made with dull copper it could have up to +50 more durability. So you could make a perfect crafting item if you get max base and max type.

Some vendors have them for sale, but Orcish Pickaxes allow you to mine without ever breaking the pick axe. ive been using the same pick axe to mine with for over 2 years now!
