What is the most dependable way to get tier 5 cloths? I'm not sure if you even have chance to get them filling 20x Except Cloth SBODs. I'm assuming doing 10-20x spined exceptional smalls you have the best chance?

20x exceptional spined leather sbods are the easiest to get for tier 5 cloth. Here's a link to what rewards bods give. For the cloth, the hue reward is different than UOF, but the information on what bods you need for which tier is same. http://tor.bplaced.net/bodt-aos.htm
