Although I never thought that I would say the recent changes have sapped all of the fun out of the game for me.
Perhaps it is what is best for the server as a whole but it has affected me, and my play-style profoundly.
Rather than watching the game slowly deteriorate I have decided to quit while I'm ahead....
I never thought I would be the type to make a good bye post but I wanted to mention just a few things.
Losing all of the friends I have made in the game will be the worst part for sure. I have met some of the best people on this server.
For what it's worth, it has been a great experience playing with you all.
On the topic of my items and gold. I have quite a bit to go around and I don't want to keep anything that would tempt me back.
Offering these items to new players and the less fortunate is better than giving it to my guild members who already have so much IMO.
Large portions of my gold will be given to the companions guild and the rest will be dropped at Brit bank!
Some lucky newb will get my pets and I will also be dropping my 30x30. Look for more info on this in player events section.
Don't worry too much though guys, the server existed before I was here and it will be fine without me, i'm sure.
