Soul Forge allows you to craft deco rares with recipes and the proper ingredients.

Perhaps you can help me work out how to use this cannon recipe.
(Yes, I have the recipe and still have no fucking clue how to learn it/use it/consume it)

What have you tried thus far and do you have any ingredients?
Things were a little wonky even getting the Soul Forge created. You needed to have the hammer equipped to initiate the quest but had to have your hammer in your pack to actually create the Forge. Wouldn't work any other way. And even then when I had my hammer in my pack it told me I didn't have the ingredients although I did. Next time I tried it was successful.
So whatever you try, maybe try it twice to see if that does it.
Do you get a message at all? Able to get a target cursor or gump if you dbl click the recipe? Any context menus by clicking recipe or hammer?

Clicking it, clicking the forge, context menu, using the blacksmiths hammer, nothing. Even tried dropping the scroll on the soulforge.
In the process of putting together another legendary hammer to see if I have any luck there. Been trying to get a staff response on this matter, but have had no luck.

I'm a jerk and have no recipes however I can say POWER helped out greatly at the time. Some people get too carried away with pricing I swear... I'm innocent.

Violence I wonder if you need to have all the ingredients in your pack to use the recipe in a one-shot deal. I was hoping you could add a recipe to a hammer so that it stayed with the hammer. But that would somehow have to be reflected by clicking on the hammer or you could never sell one without it being like that because the buyer would have to take it on faith.
Too bad we don't have any recipes for deco where all the ingredients are readily available or we'd know for sure, such as a decorative suit of armor.
