Now I don't know how to complete my template.

What do you suggest?

Per disarmare serve wrestling e arms lore. Anatomy è per lo stun

Any possible skill. I call it situational skill. Tracking, wrestling, detect (which you have, but I prefer resist), eval for sucker punch, medit for overall handiness... Any skill.

Locksmithing and remove trap are handy and fill out a "true thief" template. When there are no marks around you can always go pop dungeon chests.
