the throwing skill

I've been looking around and cant seem to find this but does the throwing skill have any effect on throwing pots? or are there any throwing weapons in the game?

i GMed throwing my first day here. I throw all the time. Throw champ spawns, throw pvp battles. My guild hates me because of it but i think they're just jealous cuz they can't throw like me
