How do I use this item, I see that people say it changes all weapons in your bag to silver, and that its reusable with no charges... Just wanna know if I didn't waste my money on a useless item.

That was from the zombie event might only apply to that (correct me if I am wrong) unless you like astetic I think it's useless.

The cure from the first 2 zombie events (Oct 2013, Feb 2014) will make weapons you use silver. It has been said that the weapons retain the silver slayer even if you remove the cure from your pack (I haven't tested this so I can't confirm.)
The new cure from the most recent event is purely deco.
