I don't think this hue is unique, nor that the green one is. Only event eggs are limited... but there might be a different droprate % for different hues. And I hope so!

the hue is common, i personally sold 2 eggs of that red/blue hue by myself, no telling how many others my guild mates or others on the shard have sold o well, i'd say at least 5-6 of this hue out there, at least 2 dragon eggs are dropping per day, with 2-3 relics per day so 20 mill?? pffffft i'll start training these and sell them for 10! fully loaded!
