Anyone know who owns either of these 3 houses on "Temple Isle"?

The one to the SW has not changed in 2.5 years. Never seen the owner. The other houses came along later probly have better luck finding those people.

I tried placing one today.

There are 2-3 spots that look possible, but i couldn't get it to place

We need to implement a fast housing decay for houses like that. Who are all these asshats that place these houses then log on just to refresh them? Do they reallythink a 8x8 house is really going to be worth MILLIONS one day or something?
I just don't get why people do that shit.

I'm pretty sure the owner of the second house is at least semi - active.
I saw him in the house just before Christmas. He's hunting dragon and drake on the island.

perhaps a formula?
Account playtime/month = x
if X < # = yes, accelerate decay rate... or something to that effect.

you'd probably have to do it based on all accounts which would make it more difficult, i rarely play my account that owns my house, but I'm on my 2nd acct all the time (the house still gets used very often just not by the the character that owns it)

its someone else who owns the house. not the person i contacted. they still play though. im sure they read the forums. if they want to make a renters fee maybe they will contact u.
