Taxidermy kit question

Just wondering if the taxidermy kits are one use only...at 100k each, I don't want to find out the hard way.

The prices always change per town though, you can always find one town selling for 75k and the rest for 100k if it makes it any better

I wish I would have researched this before wasting it on a blue fish. Doesn't even look like a sword fish or nothing.
