300k is pretty much the quick sale price....350k is more than reasonable. If OP spams a bit around bank/docks he'll get 350 if he doesn't get it here

i dont think so...300 is about the going rate. not saying 350 is saying people are overpaying...but if your not trying to get that buyer down to 300 then your impatient

which is how these skyrocket to damn near 500 in the first place...
