how do you tailor something with your name on it? do i have the wrong skill. my name is my brand baby

You can only put your "Mark" on an item if you have 100.0 or higher skill points in the Tailoring skill.

Once you have the skill level, anytime you create an exceptional item, it will mark it with your character's name unless you have it turned off on the sewing kit menu.
