tailoring runic sewing kits

New to the tailoring system on here, have a 110 skill currently...how do I use barbed/spined leather? I haven't seen how to obtain/make a ?runic sewing kit? to do this? would appreciate some guidance thanks

It's a bod (bulk or deed) reward cones off a large bod

Also, once you have a runic sewing kit, you must:

1. Make sure to have matching leather on you (horned runic requires horned leather etc)
2. Make sure to select that leather from the leather list (the default is normal leather which will only waste a charge on your sewing kit)
