My daughter was looking to tame some ostards. Is T2A closed here?

The first house outside Brit headed to the moongate has a taming runebook where Ozzie's spawn

T2A is closed here, except for certain events.

Ostard spawns however have been moved into overland locations.

you can find ostards right outside of Magincia.
