Sunday Evening Handout

Could someone explain for all those who dont know it (including me) how these handout works?

All chars that are online get a item in their inventory?

for different time zones (im myself from central europe) would be interesting when exactly is "Sunday Evening"

and also: what do you usually get at handouts? my guess would be a special statue or so for this event like... "I survived 2 day Rollback" or so.

please enlighten me and everyone else who wants to know

For this handout, I don't think you even need to be logged in. The handout this time will be given to every character on every account, from what I've read.

Handouts are usually clothing, or a novelty item. Statue possibly I guess.
