Stumped - can't see custom art or use majority of runes on this shard

I've tried fresh installs and I am purely using the UOF launcher.

I can't see certain houses, the tailsman quest statue on valor, or the new island. I can't use half the runes in rune books either.

I searched the forums and cannot seem to find an answer.

I have no other versions of UO installed. Any suggestions?

Ive never been able to get the launcher to work. Have you tried connecting straight through razor or uosteam?

I haven't ever gotten the launcher to work either. I don't have the rune problem but I do see a lot of "Unused Tile" pieces. I get this error when trying to use the launcher
System.InvalidOperationException: This Razor installation is corrupted.
at Assistant.Engine.Main(String[] Args)

It works just fine when I just run UOF on it's own other then the tile issue.

Think you need to update your client to fix the unused tile issue. If you dont want to update over your current uo client (if you have tree hacks or whatever) just change the name of the folder your client is saved into (something like c/programs/electronic arts/ultima online classic. Its the uoclassic bit youd change) then next time you run the installer itll start a fresh install. I have 4 different versions of uo installed on my lappy. Even made my own tree hack for the main one I use ha.

I think there should be a exe called "UOpatch" or something in your UO install folder. If its fully updated already Im not sure the problem. I may be in over my head ha.

I renamed the folder with the client that came with UOF and was able to download the latest client from uo.com and run the UOPatch.exe. That looks like it solved my issues. I tried running the UOPatch from the client that UOF installed and it seems like it is pointing to a outdated link so it doesn't connect to retrieve any updates.

That may also solve the OP's issue if you are connecting with an older client. Also check the thread about the new UOF Launcher beta. I was able to get that to work and there were some updates that I downloaded from it. Not sure if any of those contained the needed patches to get Booty Island or other rune locations that you can't get to.
