Stuck in Occlo

Hello,

i am new to this server and havent played UO in about 10 years, i was north of britian and saw a house and wanted to see if there were any vendors with items for sale, well this asshat has his house bugged out with backward steps so i get trapped in the house, i guess i could have killed myself but i used the young player transport and it sends me off to Occlo. now i dont know if theres a way out but as far as i remember if you dont have a rune or a boat you are stuck.

alright so found the portal back to brittian but on the other hand, why would this guy be alloud to bug his house out like this especially right at the starter area, if i had not played UO before i would have rage quit and never came back to this server.
i would concider this a form of griefing. owners name is Pickle Jackson on the forums

Yeah like Guttersnipe said you can do that. Also you can use help stuck when you get stuck somewhere or just lost. Just click on the "help" tab and "my character is physically stuck" and click what city you want to teleport to. You can use this twice in a 24 hour period. You may also want to invest in a runebook that has cities marked.

ProTip: Using the "Help Stuck" option will transport you outside of a house if you are inside one!

thanks for the responses. i have some marked runes now so i should run into this problem again.
